Meet Jean Imbler-Jansen

President, Strategic HR Solutions

Jean Imbler-Jansen founded SHRS in 2001. Her team is dedicated to superior customer service on each executive search assignment for senior-level management. With 25-plus years of professional search experience, SHRS implements the most efficient and successful recruitment strategies, with a dedication to understanding and then fulfilling each client’s management requirements.

SHRS uses its wide-ranging experience combined with a specific set of proprietary recruiting protocols, knowledge of compensation strategies, expertise in HR departments and far-reaching senior executive base to bring you only the best candidates who’ll provide long-term management value to your business. SHRS’s practice spans across the United States and can recruit candidates in nearly all industries.

Jean Imbler-Jansen has more than 25 years of senior management human resources experience. Jean graduated with a business degree from Wichita State University, majoring in Human Resources Management and being accredited as Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM-SCP.

She was vice president of human resources and a key member of executive management for Complex Tooling & Molding, Inc., an international plastics manufacturing company in Colorado. During this time, she led an effective campaign that successfully implemented a mutually beneficial alternative to a union organizing movement at one of its manufacturing facilities.

Jean also was human resources director for Restaurant Management Company, Inc. (RMC), a leading Pizza Hut, Long John Silver’s and Grandy’s Franchisee group with more than 130 restaurants and 2,000 employees across a 10-state area. At RMC, she was the principal company representative in a leading ADA court trial. She also has lobbied in Congress on health-care reform.

Jean has conducted hundreds of HR training sessions for audiences ranging from 50 to 300, and she’s a past board member of the Rocky Mountain Compensation Association.

A USTA National’s competing tennis player, Jean lives in Louisville, Colorado with her husband and two dogs.
